STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION
All domestic standard orders placed through www.coxmodels.com are professionally packed and shipped to your door for a set shipping fee of $7.99 using UPS. This flat fee applies to any order placed through our web site and shipped via our standard method. International orders and orders requiring alternate shipping methods are not eligible for the $7.99 flat-fee shipping rate.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you would like your order shipped in the US via USPS or if you are an International customer, please contact Cox Hobby Distributors to inquire about the actual shipping charges that will be incurred using this shipping method. We currently offer USPS as an alternative for customers who wish not to use UPS and for International orders.
ORDER TRACKINIG & SHIPPING REFUND POLICY
We also offer order tracking, so you know exactly where your order is. Please note, however, to use this feature you must create a Cox Account before your finalize your order so that you may log in to obtain the tracking information. We provide up-to-date shipping information via the trackable carrier we use, UPS. Please note, that tracking information will not be avilable for domestic and International orders shipped via USPS.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a need to return a product, you the customer are liable for all charges incurred in returning the item to Cox Hobby Distributors.
