Warranty Procedures for Cox Products
In the event that you should require warranty service, repair or replacement, you will need to first contact our customer support department to obtain a proper RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. This numbler must be clearly marked on all items send to Cox for warranty support related issues. You may obtain an RMA one of two ways, call our customer service department at 1-877-269-9162, or by filling out our contact form, located on the Contact Us page.
After you have recieved your RMA, you may package the item(s) and send them to:

You will want to include adequate proof of purchase with the item(s) you return to Cox under our warranty support program.
Any unauthorized return item(s) returned to Cox without a proper RMA number, visibly marked on the shipping label or shipping container will be refused.
